Homemade Salsa

Well, I had a request for this recipe, but it’s not really as home-made as the title sounds, lol.

Here is how I made my “home-made” salsa.

Tomatoes (as many as you want…this is your main ingredient so imagine how much salsa you want) – I used 2 1/2 tomatoes for about two cups of salsa.

1/2 green pepper

1 green onion

Epicure salsa spice

* put all your ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until it achieves the consistency you want (mine was pretty well mush…less big chunks to fall on the floor…but I do like it chunky too)

*add 1 – 2 tbsp of the Epicure salsa spice and let sit for about 30 minutes(the more you put in the spicier it is)…and voila!   Home-made salsa…and just about the easiest recipe, too.  It takes about 10 minutes total to do everything.
